Rosemary Beach is a beloved community on the 30A. Its architectural influences are unique to the other New Urbanist communities in the area. It began in 1995 with a vision to create a beach neighborhood built on community and convenience.
Seaside, Florida was the first town built on the 30A. It is the center of the concentric communities surrounding it. Shops, art galleries, food trucks and footpaths attract visitors and property investors. The lovely beaches are accessible to all of the town’s visitors. Most prefer to stroll or bike to the emerald waters and bright white sand.
