Ken | Qualifying Broker
Ken is the Qualifying Broker and Co-Owner of Beach Getaways and holds an Alabama and Florida Brokers license. He has been involved Property Management and Investment Real Estate for over 25 years. Ken handles owner relationships along with overseeing the Property Management, Marketing & Maintenance of our properties. He understands the importance of protecting an owner’s investment property while maximizing the Rental Income.
Deb | Guest Experience Manager
Deb is the Vice President and Co-Owner of Gulf Coast Beach Getaways. She is focusing on the overall Guest Experience. Her real passion is keeping our owner’s properties updated with current décor and essentials. Her expertise gives an owner the ability to keep their property updated with decorating trends whether a new headboard or sofa or updating the entire condo. Deb is an Interior Designer and has many furniture companies she works with directly which provides great prices for Owners.
Emma | Guest Services & Rental Manager
Emma is our Guest Services and Rental Manager. She oversees all guest reservations and seeks to exceed our guest’s expectations during their stay with us. Emma brings over 10 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry at Hilton and Hampton Inns to the Beach Getaways team.
Kaleigh | Quality Assurance Manager
Kaleigh has a background in the hospitality industry. She is our liaison for our housekeepers, guests and owners and takes pride in helping us maintain our high standards. Kaleigh is responsible for coordinating the housekeeping and maintenance personnel and has a great eye for detail.
Kerri | Accounting Manager
Kerri is a Certified Public Accountant who began her career with the Oklahoma City office of Price Waterhouse Coopers(PwC) and spent 3 years in the audit and assurance practice serving businesses in many different industries. After leaving PwC, Kerri spent the next several years working for commercial real estate companies in Chicago, Atlanta and Oklahoma City. She joined Beach Getaways in May 2017 as the accounting manager.
Amsley | Reservation Agent
Amsley is one of the newest additions to our Guest Services Team. She brings a wealth of hospitality experience from Holiday Inns of America. Amsley enjoys helping guests find the perfect property for their vacation in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.
Dani | Housekeeping
Dani runs the housekeeping company and has a passion for providing a clean and excellent guest experience. Dani and her team take pride in ensuring all our properties are ready for our guests and owners alike.
Shane | Maintenance
Shane handles our 24/7 Maintenance requests and our Monthly Preventive Maintenance Program. Shane pays close attention to each property and maintains them as if they were his own. Shane also provides custom remodeling when owners are looking to upgrade their properties.
Tommy | Website & Marketing
Tommy has years of experience in various marketing and advertising mediums, which enable him to provide maximum marketing exposure for Beach Getaways. He and his team use the best and most current online marketing technology to ensure that an owner’s property is getting the most exposure to potential guests. Tommy has received multiple awards over the years in the advertising industry.
