Where do I pick up the keys?
Your Arrival Email contains info on how to access the Condo. Most of our properties have code-operated locks so you will receive a code for the front door lock from us via email.
What should I bring? What does Beach Getaways provide in the Condo?
Complimentary Starter Supplies Provided by Beach Getaways
Below is a list of the complimentary starter supply of paper products and toiletries that will be provided in the Condo upon your arrival. We supply ALL Bath Towels & Bed Linens. You will be responsible for laundry and cleaning during your stay. Every condo has a washer and dryer.
- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 vanity and 1 bath bar soap per bathroom
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 dishwashing tab
- 1 trash bag per trash can
- 1 laundry detergent pack

How many cars can I park at the Condo Complex?
Maximum number of cars per Condo is 2.
What is the minimum age requirement to rent one of your condos?
Vacation properties will only be rented to married couples age 21 and older, or single persons 25 years and older.
Can I bring my pet?
Some of our properties are Pet-Friendly for dogs up to 25lbs.

Is the condo non-smoking?
All of our properties are NON-SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo or outside on the balconies. Most buildings have designated areas for smokers.
What time is check-in/checkout?
- Check-in time is 3PM
- Check-out time is 10AM
Can we have an early check-in?
Earliest Arrival time is 3PM. In most cases the code for the lock will not start working until 3PM. To ensure the Condo is properly cleaned, inspected and prepared for your arrival the earliest Arrival time is 3PM. Housekeepers must have adequate time to clean along with any maintenance issues that need to be addressed. We must also have time for our Quality Assurance inspectors to check the cleaning prior to your arrival.
Can we have a late check-out?
Departure time is 10AM. Your condo will have another guest arriving at 3PM so our housekeepers are scheduled to arrive at 10AM. They must have adequate time to clean along with any maintenance issues that need to be addressed prior to the next guest arriving.
Can I extend my stay for another day or arrive a day early?
We do have availability for extra nights from time to time. Please contact the Beach Getaways directly for us to help you with this.
Can I rent beach chairs?
Beachfront condos will have a beach attendant located in front of the complex where you can rent chairs, umbrellas, etc.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations that are made at least 30 days prior to your arrival date for condos for weekly or daily rentals and cancellations that are made at least 60 days prior to your arrival for houses & monthly rentals will receive a 100% refund of all reservation deposit, rent, taxes and fees less a $100 Cancellation Fee.
Cancellations that are made at least 14 days prior to your arrival date for condos for weekly or daily rentals and cancellations that are made at least 30 days prior to your arrival for houses & monthly rentals will receive a 50% refund of all reservation deposits, rent, taxes and fees less a $100 Cancellation Fee.
NO REFUNDS are issued for early departures due to inclement weather or personal circumstances inside the cancellation date range. Beach Getaways does not provide refunds for unforeseen developments such as medical emergencies, illnesses, hurricane or similar events. In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation is ordered by Local Authorities due to a hurricane or tropical storm, all unused rents for the nights while the evacuation order is in effect will be refunded. Should the property become uninhabitable, all unused rents will be refunded. We STRONGLY recommend purchasing travel insurance if your reservation dates are during the hurricane season.
All cancellations are subject to a Cancellation Fee of $100.00.
What if there is a Hurricane?
In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation is ordered by Local Authorities due to a hurricane or tropical storm, all unused rents for the nights while the evacuation order is in effect will be refunded. Should the property become uninhabitable, all unused rents will be refunded. We STRONGLY recommend purchasing travel insurance if your reservation dates are during the hurricane season.
How do I protect my vacation?
Beach Getaways offers optional CSA Vacation Rental Insurance available for purchase when you book direct. For questions concerning the travel insurance or to make a claim, please call CSA directly at 800-554-9839.
Why haven’t I received My Arrival Email?
We send out Arrival Emails 7–10 days prior to your arrival date, provided we have received full payment and your rental agreement was signed. Check your spam/junk folder and let us know if you still haven’t received it.
How do I make a payment?
We automatically charge the card on file upon the payment due date, and if you want to make additional payments or change your payment info, you may contact us directly in our office via phone 800-488-8978 x 1.
What Type of Coffeemaker is in the Condo?
Your Arrival Email contains info on the type of coffeemaker in your Condo.
What is the WI-FI password?
The WI-FI information is in the Arrival Email that we send out.
What do we need to do prior to our Departure on the last day?
