Recently two Phoenix condo owners came to us asking for help. Their condos were ready to be refreshed. Frequent summer rentals make for lots of wear and tear. Plus, an updated look is a great way to attract guests.
Here’s a look at the before and after photos of Phoenix 6, #406.
The owners purchased a furnished condo. But they wanted to redecorate before posting it for public use. Before, the space felt dark and dated. It was nicely decorated for an earlier time, but it certainly needed a 2020 update! Beach Getaways worked closely with the owner to decorate to their taste. And with our eye for what guests are looking for.
Now, the space feels light and airy. We utilized lighter colors in both furniture and fixtures. We also painted the walls bright, breezy colors that give the room a feeling of peace and spaciousness. We also added a beautiful new light fixture – a simple way to update a room.
And, this is a before and after of Phoenix 6, #013.
In this condo, we were able to maintain much of the existing décor. But, with a few new furniture pieces, some paint and a few changes to the drapes and comforters, Beach Getaways was able to create an entirely modern, guest-friendly look in this space.

The owners appreciated that Beach Getaways was able to coordinate the renovations, including scheduling vendors and working around bookings.
Beach Getaways usually works with owners on these renovations during the winter months, instead of peak season. This way they can maximize rental profits during the more popular summer months.
