Indigo consists of two high-rise towers (East and West) offering two-, three-, and four-bedroom condos.

Each unit features private foyer entrances, full kitchens, granite countertops, jacuzzi tubs, Wi-Fi, and digital TV. Step onto two private balconies – one overlooking the gulf and the other the Lost Key golf course – to enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets. Indigo comprises 177 condos split between the East and West buildings, serving as either a year-round or second home to residents. 

Upon entering the gated community, immerse yourself in the tropical landscape enhancing the grounds, creating a picturesque paradise. Relax by the 133,000-gallon zero-entry pool, seek shade at the poolside Gazebo, or unwind in the 13-person hot tub year-round. Explore the 500 feet of private white sand beach accessible via dune crossovers, where seasonal beach chair service is available. Beach crossovers are secured by key card access. 

Indigo enforces a strict no smoking policy inside the buildings, common areas, on balconies, community grounds, and the beach. Designated smoking areas are provided near the west building parking lot for guests and owners. Parking is limited to two cars per condo, with covered and open parking available. Blue passes are for covered spaces, while red passes are for open lots; additional vehicles must be parked off-site.

Indigo East and West Shared Amenities

• Pools: Enjoy a 133,000-gallon zero-entry pool with bubbling fountains and a smaller circular pool heated seasonally, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.

• Hot Tub: 13-person hot tub heated year-round.

• Beach crossovers (2) and Beach Chair Service (seasonal rentals).

• Fitness Center in each tower: Equipped with top-notch Precor cardio equipment, a Tuff Stuff weight machine, free weights, weight benches, and HDTV.

• Tennis Courts: Two secured courts for tennis and pickleball, with timed lighting for evening play.

• Social Room: Newly renovated spaces for gatherings, equipped with full-size kitchens. Must be reserved. 

• Theatre: Seats 12 for private movie screenings. Must be reserved. 

• BBQ grill stations: Featuring Big Green Egg and traditional charcoal grills. 

• Steam Room & Wet/Dry Sauna: Located in the West tower lobby bathroom.
