When we spoke to our reservation manager about the comments she gets from our owners, she says one of the things she hears over and over is, ‘You actually answer the phone!’ After Hurricane Sally, we had owners reaching out because it was our vehicles they saw going up and down the beach. We were out inspecting our properties that very morning. We are present, attentive and take personal pride in each property. And, I believe that energy resonates.
Our employees love a chance to go the extra mile for our extended family. For example, one of the owners in our program was visiting the area and her grandson broke his arm. To cheer him up, the staff at South Baldwin gave him a bear with a cast on it. Sadly, the family accidentally left the bear. Our management team went to look for it but it was not in the condo! Not to be deterred, one of our associates went to South Baldwin and picked up a new bear and a care package. He had this delivered to the family. The owner said it was just one example of how hard the Beach Getaways team works for their owners!
