The second level of the home holds the majority of the common areas. The main living area, kitchen, dining area and the master bedroom/bathroom. In the living room there is a TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need to prepare a meal. Plus, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge. There is also a balcony and a half bath. The master bedroom has a California King, a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a luxurious claw-foot tub and tiled walk-in shower. 

The entry floor has living space, three bedrooms and a laundry room. The living room has a TV, a wet bar, microwave and mini-fridge. There is also access to a patio with a private grill. The three “guest” bedrooms are located on this level. The first guest room has a king bed and a full bathroom. The second room has a queen daybed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunks. 

The area around the beach home is walkable. It is just a short distance from the shops and restaurants of the Villages of South Walton and Rosemary Beach. If you have vacationed on the 30A before, you know that most people love to cruise around on bikes or walk to the central town areas. The sand on the beaches is bright white and the water is crystal clear. It is a paradise, just a short drive away.
