1. Permission to Use
I grant Beach Getaways (the “Company”) the right to use the photo(s) I submit for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes use on the Company’s website, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and other media formats, without limitation.
2. Rights & Ownership
I confirm that I own the photo(s) or have permission from the photographer to share them. I understand that I retain ownership of the photo(s), and this agreement does not transfer copyright to the Company.
3. No Compensation
I understand that I will not receive payment or other compensation for the use of my photo(s). The use is voluntary and intended for promotional purposes only.
4. Use of Likeness
If my photo(s) include identifiable people (including myself), I confirm that I have permission from everyone shown to share their image, and that they consent to its use as described above.
5. Withdrawal of Consent
If I wish to withdraw my permission in the future, I can contact the Company at
[email protected], and they will make reasonable efforts to stop using my photo(s) in future materials.
By submitting your photo(s), you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to this Photo Release Agreement.
