Chele Redmond is a multifaceted strategist with over 15 years of experience in marketing, revenue optimization, and real estate. Currently serving as the Revenue Manager and Realtor at Beach Getaways, she specializes in the luxury beachfront market of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.

Chele’s career is defined by her ability to bridge the gap between creative marketing and hard data. With nearly 2.5 years of specialized revenue management expertise, she offers a perspective rarely found in the industry, approaching luxury properties with a sharp focus on optimization and ROI. Where others see a beautiful shoreline, Chele sees a tangible financial opportunity for her clients. This analytical precision is backed by seven years as a Realtor and member of the Baldwin County Association of Realtors, ensuring her clients navigate the local market with absolute confidence.

Her professional foundation was built over 15 years as the Owner and Vice President of Octane Marketing Solutions. Founded in 2011 alongside her husband of 22 years, Octane was born out of a passion for helping businesses thrive. Over the last decade and a half, Chele mastered the art of digital visibility—from SEO and web development to high-impact social media and direct mail. This background gives her real estate clients a distinct advantage, ensuring their properties stand out in a crowded digital landscape.

In June 2024, Chele and her family relocated to Orange Beach after twenty years in Marietta, Georgia. This move was the culmination of a life built on the values of entrepreneurship, independence, and family.

Her passion for business is matched only by the pride she takes in her children. Her oldest is currently a sophomore at The University of Alabama, and her youngest is a senior at Orange Beach High School, set to join the Crimson Tide in the fall of 2026. On many Saturdays in the fall, the Redmond family can be found in Tuscaloosa cheering on their favorite team.

Whether she is analyzing revenue streams, overseeing a marketing campaign, or helping a family find their own piece of the coast, Chele remains a firm believer in the power of independence and the strength of family. She doesn’t just work in the community—she is deeply invested in it.

Throughout her career, Stephanie Hamilton has held leadership roles across diverse industries, including retail management, entrepreneurship, logistics, and operations. From managing high-volume departments at Parisian Department Stores to owning an outdoor retail business and overseeing HR and accounting for transportation firms, she has developed a versatile professional background. These experiences sharpened her ability to build efficient systems, manage complex logistics, and lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.

Since joining Beach Getaways in Orange Beach, Stephanie has found a professional home that aligns with her core values. In just over 7.5 years with the company, she has been an integral part of its growth, helping expand the portfolio from 60 properties to over 575 and increasing annual reservations from 2,647 to 20,345 and counting. She quickly stepped into a leadership role, focusing on the growth, structure, and people-first culture established by Ken and Deb Furlong. Her approach is defined by accountability, adaptability, and a “roll-up-your-sleeves” work ethic.

Director of Operations

Tony Smith is a seasoned multi-unit operating executive and entrepreneur with more than two decades of leadership experience across hospitality, service, and consumer-facing businesses. He has built a career delivering consistent top-line growth, margin improvement, and leadership bench strength in complex, labor-intensive environments—capabilities that translate directly to scalable, private-equity-backed platforms. Tony is recognized for pairing disciplined operational execution with a people-first leadership model that drives performance, retention, and long-term enterprise value.

Most notably, Tony spent nearly 20 years with Darden Restaurants (LongHorn Steakhouse), culminating in the role of Director of Operations. In this capacity, he oversaw 5–14 restaurant locations, led up to 42 managers and 14 managing partners, and supported more than 900 team members while carrying responsibility for $35–$55 million in annual revenue. He successfully opened six new restaurant locations, rebuilt underperforming markets, and established sustainable talent pipelines that emphasized internal development and promotion.

Under Tony’s leadership, his operations consistently delivered positive growth in sales, guest counts, profitability, and leadership development. His units ranked in the top 5% of the company on seven occasions, earning President’s Club recognition, and he was twice awarded the Oak Tree Pin for exceptional mentorship and people development—demonstrating his ability to scale leadership beyond himself and reduce operational dependency on any single individual.

In parallel with his corporate leadership experience, Tony was the founder and owner of Back To Blue Pool Service, a business he launched and grew from the ground up. This entrepreneurial experience strengthened his hands-on understanding of service economics, customer acquisition, operational controls, and margin management, further reinforcing an owner-operator mindset that aligns closely with private equity value-creation objectives.

Tony has also served at the governance level as a Board Member and Chairman of the Alabama Restaurant and Hospitality Association. In this role, he played a pivotal part in government relations, led the successful merger of two industry associations, and served on the hiring committee for the organization’s CEO—bringing strategic perspective and stakeholder leadership beyond day-to-day operations.
