Kerry has been in the vacation rental industry since 2011, holding key positions as Operations Manager, Area General Manager and Business Development Rep. She is well respected within the local vacation rental industry and real estate community. Kerry is responsible for all New Business Development for the Beaches of the Alabama & Florida Gulf Coast.
Ken is the Qualifying Broker and Owner of Beach Getaways and holds an Alabama and Florida Brokers license. Ken handles owner relationships along with overseeing the Accounting, Revenue Management and Sales & Marketing Teams.

Chele is a member of the Revenue Management Team.
Bailey comes to us with an extensive background in customer service within the hospitality industry. Her dedication to finding the perfect accommodation ensures all guests a stress-free and enjoyable experience from booking their beach getaway to the journey home. Bailey is also a member of the Revenue Management Team.
Guest Experience
Deb is an Owner and serving as the Guest Experience Manager. With a wealth of experience in the hospitality and property management industry, Deb has made it her mission to ensure that every guest stays at Beach Getaways is nothing short of exceptional. Her focus is on creating an environment that leaves guests with lasting memories, and she firmly believes that going the extra mile is the only way to achieve this.
Sales & Marketing
She is our Marketing Director and coordinates all our marketing efforts from website design to social media marketing & email newsletters.
Tommy has years of experience in various marketing and advertising mediums, which enable him to provide maximum marketing exposure for Beach Getaways. He and his team use the best and most current online marketing technology to ensure that an owner’s property is getting the most exposure to potential guests.
Property Care Managers
Cathy is our Property Care Manager for our portfolio of properties in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. She is our owner liaison regarding maintenance, upgrades and concerns with their property. She assists in HK Inspections, maintenance repairs and vendor deliveries.
Carolina is our Property Care Manager for our portfolio of properties in 30A and Panama City Beach. She is our owner liaison regarding maintenance, upgrades and concerns with their property. She coordinates all HK Inspections, maintenance repairs and vendor deliveries.
Reservations
Stephanie is our Reservation Manager for our Guest Services Team. She comes from a background in the Vacation Rental industry with focus on customer service and providing a great guest experience.

Baylee is one of our Reservation agents and a native of Gulf Shores. Baylee is always eager to share her knowledge of the area with our guests to ensure they have the best possible vacation experience. Her ability to listen to her clients’ needs and provide personalized recommendations for their stay makes her a valuable member of the Reservations Team.
Accounting
Elizabeth responsible for the important job of keeping our Owners, employees and vendors paid accurately and on time.
Operations
Brad leads our Operations Team made up of Maintenance Team Members, Quality Assurance Team Members, and Housekeeping Service Partners. Brad is 100% dedicated to helping guests experience their very highest quality beach vacation.
Kim is a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Care Coordinator in the vacation rental industry, with a passion for ensuring guests have the best possible experience during their stay. With a background in property management and a keen eye for quality, Kim plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Tammy coordinates photo schedules & organizes all photography.
Quality Assurance
Lauren is QA Inspector & Stager and supervises and assists the weekend QA Team.
Maintenance
Kim is responsible for organizing and coordinating the Maintenance Tech’s daily schedules.
Jeremy is responsible for preventive maintenance walkthrough inspections and service.
Gary is responsible for service and repairs.
