Labor Day Celebrations
Enjoy the last days of summer over Labor Day weekend, with live music and more across the region, including the Red, White and Blues at Alys Beach, a Labor Day concert in Seaside, or the last summer live music performance at 30Avenue, Sand Ole Opry.
Destin Fishing Rodeo
Compete in a premier saltwater fishing tournament this October, just down the road from 30A in Destin, “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village.” Join the fun by booking a fishing charter with a registered boat, register your own boat, fish from your kayak or paddleboard, or even a local pier. Weigh-ins are held everyday at AJ’s Seafood and Oyster Bar.
Harvest Wine and Food Festival
Enjoy an epicurean paradise at one of the area’s most popular events. “Sip and savor” the region’s most celebrated culinary selections October 15-18. Events include wine dinners, tastings and a Jazz Cocktail Brunch.
Cars of 30A
On October 3 in Alys Beach, view a curated selection of luxury and high performance vehicles, or register do display your own vehicle. You can peruse the vehicles while enjoying live music, local food and interactive activities.
Halloween Festivities
Find even more fall-time fun at one of the 30A’s famous Halloween events, including the Halloweener Derby dachshund race and costume contest, Barktoberfest in Miramar Beach, and the South Walton Witch Bike Ride. And, most communities host trick-or-treating events for the kids.
