**It has been brought to our attention, by the Phoenix 6 HOA, that they will begin a Roof Replacement Project to repair damage to the roof A/C units due to Hurricane Sally. Beginning March 8th, this work will be done in sections beginning on the west end of the building to the east end of building and will continue seven days per week beginning at 7am. The project is expected to be completed by May 28th. Upper floors will experience construction noise depending on where the work is being done. Please contact us to find out if you’re dates will be affected.**
